Dequervains Tendonitis: causes and treatments
Monday, March 12th, 2007De Quervain tenosynovitis. Finkelstein test draws the tendons of the first dorsal compartment distally and causes sharp local pain when entrapment and inflammation are present.
Here’s a definition of the problem: “The disease is an entrapment tendinitis of the tendons contained within the first dorsal compartment at the wrist, resulting in pain with thumb motion.”
